Pietro Santarelli
President

Santarelli founded the firm bearing his name in 1960
(which later became Santarelli Costruzioni), and continued the family business
started in 1907. Over the years, he has served as president for many
industry agencies and associations, including: Ente Scuola e della Cassa Edile,
Sezione Costruttori Edili Assindustria, and UCID of Ascoli Piceno.
He has been a member of ANCE, the Council and Board of the Probiviri Assindustria
of the Province of Ascoli Piceno, the General Board of the Consulta Regionale Edili
of Confindustria Marche. He was on the Board of Directors of the Cassa di Risparmio
di Ascoli Piceno bank from 1988 to 1997; he has been "Commendatore" of the
Italian Republic since 1989; and in 2005 he was named a "Knight of Labour".

Felice Santarelli
Vice President

Graduated in Economy and Trade, he has been Managing Director of the family
holding company SILF SA since 1992. He became part of Santarelli Costruzioni Spa
in 1994, where he served as Financial and Administrating Manager and General Accountant.
He is a member of the Executive Board and the Council of Assindustria of Ascoli Piceno.
From 2002 to 2005, he served as Vice President of Terme di Montecatini Spa,
of which he was Managing Director from 2004 to 2005.

Onorio Onori
Managing Director

Executive of Enel S.p.A. for over 20 years, he has advanced his career by
successfully managing production plants of renewable energy sources,
specifically wind and hydroelectric power for many hundred MW. He was
asked to help build Inergia S.p.A., along with the majority shareholder,
with the goal of overseeing its start-up and subsequent industrial development.
