11/11/2009 - Ordona wind farm connected to the electrical national grid

 

November the 11th at 10:00 o’clock, Ordona wind farm was connected to the electrical national grid, in particular to the Enel distribution 150 KV substation of Carapelle. The wind farm is constitute by 13 wind turbines of 2 MW nominal power for a total installed power of 26 MW.

Ordona wind farm will be put in operation by the end of 2009. It represents the second significant goal for Inergia, which is one of the important Italian company in renewables energy field with its 60 MW installed power.

 

9/20/2006 - Lecce 3 wind power plant
The construction work for building the new Lecce 3 wind energy plant, 36 installed MW, is well on its way. It will be located near Lecce, the capital of Salento, and is set to go into operation by spring of 2007. The wind energy park will fulfil the energy needs of 33,000 families in Puglia and will prevent 51,000 tons of CO2 emissions annually, in addition to bringing significant benefits to the local economy.

9/15/2006 - Inergia at Eolica Expo Mediterranean
Inergia will take part in Eolica Expo Mediterranean 2006, the International Expo of Electricity from Wind Power, from 28 to 30 September. The event will inaugurate Romes new fair centre, bringing together leading national and international companies in the industry that will present products, technologies and designs in the wind energy field. The event, which is in its fifth edition, will feature a packed calendar of conferences including contributions by authoritative industry experts about the state-of-the-art and future of wind power electricity in Italy and Europe.
