Inergia is active in designing electric energy and heat production plants of small and medium sizes fuelled by plant biomass.
Biomass is procured by recovering plant waste (trimmings and public plant life), or by dedicated plantations of grassy plants (such as sorghum and thistle) or trees (such as SRF poplars).

All projects are based on implementing a local biomass energy system model based on involving farming organizations, industrial centres, local agencies and environmental organizations.
