On November 11, 2019 the Shareholders’ Meeting of Inergia S.p.A. increased the number of Board members by appointing, as new member, Mr. Gianni Vittorio Armani.
He is an energy industry professional with extensive professional experience as CEO of major energy and infrastructure companies in Italy. He has an Electrical Engineering degree from the University of Rome, and an MBA from MIT Sloan in Boston.
Ing. Mr. Gianni Vittorio Armani was President and CEO of ANAS, the Italian State-owned road concessionaire. Before this, he worked for over 12 years at Terna Rete Italia, the Italian transmission system operator, in various roles including Network Planning Director, COO and CEO.
Ing. Mr. Gianni Vittorio Armani is currently a Member of the Board of companies active in the gas and electricity markets.
