PhD in architecture, president and founder of Inergia Group. He has held high-level positions in local and nationwide Institutions and Trade Associations over the years, and was appointed Cavaliere del Lavoro (Order of Merit for Labour) in 2005.

FELICE SANTARELLI

Degree in Business Administration from the “La Sapienza” University of Rome, he is now the point of reference for the Board of Directors of Inergia Group.
He is also a member of the executive Board of ANEV.

With a degree in Business Administration from the “La Sapienza” University of Rome, she is a chartered accountant listed in the National Register, is a member of the Board of Directors of Inergia Group and holds the position of Corporate HR Manager.

Our Code of Ethics

Inergia S.p.A. lays emphasis on the subject of social responsibility focused on the achievement of effective management of the environmental impact issues and goals in our various areas of activity. Our code of ethics defines the values and principles identified by the company and shared at all levels with all the people involved in our business (out-sourced professionals, suppliers, customers, institutions).

By adopting this code, Inergia intends to define ethically acceptable corporate management policies and identify general principles and rules of conduct with positive ethical value.

With regard to the Organizational Model, the task of the supervisory board established by Inergia S.p.A. in compliance with the provisions laid down by art. 6, sub-section 1, lett. b) of legislative decree 231/2001, is constant monitoring to ensure:

  • compliance with the model by all recipients;
  • the effective efficacy of the provisions in preventing crimes from being committed;
  • implementation of the provisions in the model;
  • that the model is updated should it need to be adapted in order to conform to changes in the corporate structure and organization or in the pertinent regulatory framework.

The tasks of the supervisory body are performed for Inergia S.p.A. by an outsourced party possessing the established autonomy, independence, professionalism and full-time availability pre-requisites.

Inergia S.p.A. is in possession of the so-called ‘Legality Rating’ pursuant to Legislative decree D. Lgs. 57/2014, recognized by the Antitrust Authority (AGCM).

The legality rating is an instrument established by the Antitrust Authority (AGCM) for the purpose of promoting and introducing principles of ethical behaviour in companies by assigning an ‘acknowledgement’ denoting compliance with legality by companies.
